- Season Fish with fish marinade for 1 h. Grill 18 min.
- Season mushroom with marinade. Grill 15 min.
- Season zucchini wth salt. Leave it for 20min. Squeeze out the extra water. Then season with the marinade.
- Lay zucchini, tomatoes (if adding), add mushrooms & put the fish above. Use extra leftover sauce from grilled fish to drizzle on the salad.
- Serve immediately with a glass of cold cider!
Remove from the grill and place on a cutting board to rest while you prep the rest of the salad. Transfer to a plate and turn off the grill. Place the tomato skewers and zucchini slabs on the grill. Place in a single layer on the grill (reserve the bowl; no need to wash). Heat the grill to high heat.
