Then, add your favorite spices to mix things up. These potatoes work wonderfully for just about any meal. In a medium bowl combine the oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the potatoes and stir to coat them evenly.
Steps to make Grilled fish with roasted potato:
- 1st of all wash the fillets thoroughly and dry with kitchen towel or tissue paper. Now take fishes on a plate and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, teriyaki sauce and lemon juice for 15 mins.
- Now take a tawa and heat oil. Put the fillets on heated oil and grill it for 5-6 min on one side. After that change the other side and again grill it for 5-6 mins. You can use butter as well. Take it out from tawa and serve it.
- For roasted potato, cut potatoes into halves and wash it. Do not peel off skin. Boil water in a sauce pan. Add salt to the boiling water. Boil it for 10 mins. After 10 mins take it out from water and cool it down.
- Take a frying pan and heat 2 tsp oil. Add minced garlic and mixed herbs. Saute it for 1-2 mins or until slightly brown. Switch off the flame. Add this mixture to the boiled potatoes. Then add salt and red chilli powder. Mix everything until well combined.
- Again heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add prepared potatoes to the oil. Then roast them for 15-20 mins until they get crispy. Take it out from oil. Serve it hot with grilled fish.
Remove your perfectly grilled roasted new potatoes from the grill and. Remember: Fish is perfectly done when the colour turns from translucent to opaque with crispy skin. It should slide right off the grates. For quality presentation, grill the first side of the fish a little longer than the second. Drain well and set to one side to cool.
