- Get Chili flake (optional)
- Take 1 tsp cornstarch

- Take Oil
- Get Mushrooms powder (optional) you can use chicken powder if you want
For the salad: Put the greens salad into a bowl. Season the Salmon fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet (skin side up if using Silver fillets). - First, marinate salmon with salt, pepper, a bit oil and dash of mushrooms powder. Marinated for at least 10-15 minutes.
