- Take 3 tilapia fish

- Grind/blend the scotch bonnet, onion, Ginger and garlic, pour it in a bowl, add Seasonings, Oil and spices, mix and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the fish and pour Vinegar, wash and remove all the scales.
- Using kitchen towel/tissue, dry up the fish, using your hand or kitchen brush, spread the whole skin and inner part with your mixed spices. Marinate Over night or some hours.
- Mix the Carrot,Irish, apple and sweet pepper with the remaining mixed spices. Fill in the fish with it and place the remaining on the sides.
- Bake/grill on 180°c for 20mins, flip the other side and bake for another 15mins or more. Garnish with Sliced Apple and lemon.
