  8. Place the fillets on a tray that has been brushed with oil, and put it in the oven to grill.
  9. Cook for 6-7 mins on one side. Then flip the fillets, and cook for another 5-6 mins. The fish is done when the flesh is whitish and flaky. PS: The cooking time may increase/decrease by 3-4 mins depending on the type of fish being used.
  10. Serve hot! I don't think this dish requires accompaniments like chutney/sauce/vinaigrette.
  11. You can serve this with soup, grilled veggies, and bread.
