  5. For the pepper sauce, put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a sauce pan. When hot, add in the grated pepper and chilli. Cook for a few seconds. As you're cooking the peppers, add seasonings according to your taste. Lastly, add in the onions and take off the heat. The sauce should not be too cooked. It should be crunchy. You can also add green onions and parsley or mint leaves. Squeeze some lime juice when about to serve.
