- Use your clean baking pan,rub vegetable oil to it then you place ur marinated fish on the pan and stuff it with your sliced green&red peppers and onions
- Add vegetable oil again,then you pre heat your oven for 5mnts
- After you preheated the oven then you place the baking tray and reduce the heat and allow to bake for 20mnts
- Before it is done then u make ur egg vegetables sauce.first of ol u Place a pan on medium heat add vegetable oil,then u add your sliced green & red pepper,onions,then egg,corn,carrots and stir fry add salt
- Stuff in the egg vegetables sauce inside the fish stomach and serve
