  2. Now take a tawa and heat oil. Put the fillets on heated oil and grill it for 5-6 min on one side. After that change the other side and again grill it for 5-6 mins. You can use butter as well. Take it out from tawa and serve it.
  3. For roasted potato, cut potatoes into halves and wash it. Do not peel off skin. Boil water in a sauce pan. Add salt to the boiling water. Boil it for 10 mins. After 10 mins take it out from water and cool it down.
  4. Take a frying pan and heat 2 tsp oil. Add minced garlic and mixed herbs. Saute it for 1-2 mins or until slightly brown. Switch off the flame. Add this mixture to the boiled potatoes. Then add salt and red chilli powder. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Again heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add prepared potatoes to the oil. Then roast them for 15-20 mins until they get crispy. Take it out from oil. Serve it hot with grilled fish.
