- Add the fillet to your pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes flipping at arbitrary intervals. The fish should be flaky, and able to cut with the side of a fork.
- Serve.
When heated just below the smoking point, lower heat to medium-low and add the mahi mahi fillets. Sear for three minutes or until browned on under side. Turn over and cook for another two to three minutes or until desired doneness. Preheat an electric grill to high or heat a grill pan on the stove-top over medium-high heat. The grill is hot enough when a drop of water sizzles and dances across the surface.
