Grilled fish is a healthy and tasty dish that you can cook up in a matter of minutes. If you choose a thick and sturdy fish, you won't need foil, a grilling basket, or any other special tools.

Steps to make Grill fish:
  1. Scrape and wash the fish, to avoid the unwanted odour; sprinkle some lime juice to it, drain and set aside.
  2. Grate your pepper,garlic,ginger,onions and set, aside.
  3. Now transfer the fish to a large bowl, add the grated ingredients, add seasonings and spices, some vegetable oil and marinate the fish, leave to rest for 30minutes.
  4. In a fan add small quantity of vegetable oil and grill the fish. This process should take at least 5minuts
  5. Garnish with cucumber, tomatoes, cabbage, and serve.

Remember: Fish is perfectly done when the colour turns from translucent to opaque with crispy skin. It should slide right off the grates. For quality presentation, grill the first side of the fish a little longer than the second. However, when grilling a flaky white fish, I recommend using a fish-specific grilling piece or separating the fish from the grill on a piece of aluminum foil. Otherwise, the fish will break apart and fall into your grill.
