  13. Get 5 shallots
  14. Make ready 3 garlic cloves
  15. Prepare 2 bird eye chilies, to get a little kick or skip
  16. Make ready 5 candlenuts
  17. Prepare 1 thumb size of ginger
  18. Make ready 1 thumb size of fresh turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder
  19. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  20. Get 1 tbsp salt
  21. Get 1 tbsp sugar

Add the fish on top then cover the fish with 2 tbsp paste mixture then wrapped the fish and secure on both edge with clean tooth paste. Repeat the same step with the other fish. Then steamed for 30 minutes.
  5. Grilled the steamed fish on the grilled pan for about 10-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with the warm steamed rice
