Steps to make Fish Amritsari:
  1. Wash the fish. Pat it dry. Here I have used bhetki fish fillet. Now Marinate it with salt, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil very little and crushed kasuri methi. Mix them all. Keep it for 30-40 mins.
  2. Now add a pinch of hing, ajwain, curd, deghi mirch. Mix it.
  3. Now add the rice flour and besan. Make sure that you don't make a batter but only that much besan to the it only get coated on the fish. Bcoz this is a fish fry not a pakora. Keep it for 10 mins.
  4. Now add oil in a pan and fry them. If you want you can just use grill pan to grill it aslo.
