  3. In other bowl combine flour, salt,eggs, water & make batter. Transfer breadcrumbs in flat plate.
  4. Dip the fish skewers in the batter
  5. & then roll in breadcrumbs
  6. Grill in a pre-heated oven until light golden
  7. It's done now. Dnt overcook fish.
  8. Serve hot with garlic bread, blanched spinach leaves & onion wedges.

Preheat an outdoor grill for low heat and lightly oil the grate.
