  3. After 8-10mins remove the fish from the oven,open it and add your irish,red chilli,onion and spread your mixed spice small then cover it again and put it back to the oven
  4. When it done,garnish it with green pepper,cucumber,lemon and lettuce,it depend on your choice

Remember: Fish is perfectly done when the colour turns from translucent to opaque with crispy skin. It should slide right off the grates. For quality presentation, grill the first side of the fish a little longer than the second. However, when grilling a flaky white fish, I recommend using a fish-specific grilling piece or separating the fish from the grill on a piece of aluminum foil. Otherwise, the fish will break apart and fall into your grill.
