Mix black and white sesame seeds, pepper and salt on large plate. Coat tuna with sesame seed mixture, pressing firmly so mixture adheres to the tuna. It's great with Sesame Soy Edamame, Asian Zucchini Noodles, or this Asian Kale Salad. Place the sesame seeds on a plate or a shallow dish.

- To make the sauce blend all of the ingredients from mango sauce section
- Mix all of the ingredients from the marinade section and cover the fish. Leave it to marinade for 20 min max
- Cut the butternut squash in 0,5 cm thick discs.
- Cover the tuna steaks in sesame. Remaining marinade use to cover the babycorn. After 10 minutes use the marinade to cover green beans
- On the preheated Bbq place the butternut squash and keep basting them with the soy marinade. Cook them until soft inside. It should take max 10 min.
- Place the tuna steaks on very hot grill and cook it from bith sides for about 3 minutes. Start cooking the other veggies at the same time or grill them earlierand keep them warm
- Plate it up and drizzle with the sauce.
Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade bag, brushing the scallions off the steaks and reserving the marinade. One at a time, coat the steaks in sesame seeds on all sides, pressing the seeds into the steak so they'll stick. Combine the white and black sesame seeds on a plate and spread in a thin layer. Whisk the sesame oil and soy sauce together in a small bowl. Using a spoon, drizzle a little of the mixture over each tuna steak and rub with the back of a spoon to cover the entire surface.
