  2. In a pan, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil, and add the remainder of the ingredients. Let them cook to al dente
  3. Remove mixture from pan and stuff inside fish.
  4. Put fish inside tray (like the one I have in the photo). Grill on bbq. - - Alternative: if you do not have a fish tray then spread some foil on a baking tray and lay fish on it. Put in oven at 350 then finish off on broil to get the skin crispy.
  5. Sever on a tray. Enjoy with a nice beer; preferably a radler type beer.
