- Get 1 fish
- Make ready 5 maggi cubes
- Get 2 tablespoon Garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tablespoon ginger paste

- Get 4 large potatoes
- Make ready Pepper (Yaji of ur choice but preferable yaji mai zafi)
Wash the fish fillet, pat it dry with paper towels, and lay it flat in the dish, skin side down. Fold up the edges of the foil over the vegetables to create an almost leak-proof packet, making sure to seal the edges. Grill or campfire: Preheat a grill to medium high or light a campfire and put a cooking grate in place. Remember: Fish is perfectly done when the colour turns from translucent to opaque with crispy skin.

- First wash your fish and let it dry,then prepare your potatoes and set aside.
- If your fish is dry,no water on it then keep it on a plate and start rubbing ginger and garlic paste in and out.Then rub the 4 maggi cubes to it in and out and then your yaji (pepper)
- Then back to your potatoes after cutting them put 1 of the maggi cubes and stir it well and add some little yaji to it
- Then keep your fish in a foil paper and put the potatoes at the side of the fish,pour oil according to your need and add some little Yaji to both the fish and potatoes and then make sure that it is well cover with the foil paper,the fish and potatoes should be well covered and grill in the oven for 1 hour.
- After the one hour your fish is ready to serve with chill drink of your choice.
It should slide right off the grates. For quality presentation, grill the first side of the fish a little longer than the second. Once done, grill the tomatoes and keep aside. Serve the grilled fish fillets on a bed of vegetables, and top it up with grilled tomatoes. Simply place thinly sliced potatoes in a mound on a sheet of foil, top with salmon, olive oil, the juice of an orange and a lemon, seal up the foil, and bake.
