- Take 1 tablespoons lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Take Fried salted fish:
- Prepare Cut salted fish into 2 cm pieces and soak with boiling water
- Get Let it stand until cooled, wash pat it dry, then fry
- Make ready Grilled fish:
- Take Wash tuna fish and rub with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Get 1/2 teaspoons ginger and 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Get Grilled until cooked
Tinutuan atau Bubur Manado adalah makanan khas Indonesia dari Manado, Sulawesi Utara. Ada juga yang mengatakan tinutuan adalah makanan khas Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara. Nah di bubur Manado daun ini membuat tekstur bubur menjadi kental dan terasa lebih gurih, karena itu ketika tetangga saya memiliki pohonnya di pekarangan maka saya pun tidak membuang kesempatan tersebut untuk mencoba memasak bubur Manado dengannya. Bubur manado adalah bubur yang dicampur dengan aneka sayur seperti labu kuning, ubi, kangkung, bayam, daun kemangi, dan jagung muda yang disisir.
